Organic Spray Free Apples / Distilled or Spring Water (Chemical Free)
Large Glass Jar / Glass Bottle / Glass Storage Jar (Small)
Paper Towel and Rubber Band
Cut any bruising, damaged or part parts of the apple out. Apple cores are perfect so leave use them as well.
Fill your jar with spring or distilled water.
Take a little distilled water with 1 tablespoon of natural honey and stir into your jar.
Cover your Jar with a paper towel and hold fast with a rubber band.
Place the paper towel back on top of the jar and fasten again with your rubber band.
At this point if you have previously made apple cider vinegar - place your liquid and mother into the jar. Stir everyday. Do this for a further 2-3 weeks.
Strain again and remove your mother - place your mother in a jar with some of the liquid for a future batch. Your mother will last 2-3 weeks like this.
Leave for a further 2-3 weeks before use.
The longer you leave your vinegar - the stronger it will become.
